This bright & spacious riad offers 5 en suite bedrooms outfitted with toiletries from Les Sens de Marrakech, a large terrace, and a first floor patio with a 10' x 10' x 4.5' (3m x 3m x 1.5m) deep pool. Two poolside rooms make it easy for those who cannot navigate stairs.

Enjoy the open-air pool area, looking up to the sky above the terrace! The kitchen, dining room, and salon also occupy the first floor. Climb the stairs to the second floor landing where you can enjoy a quiet sitting area. Continue through a hallway to the terrace landing on the second floor, which includes three en suite bedrooms. Bright sunlight floods the second floor making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sun on the lounge chairs provided. Continue to the third floor terrace and enjoy the view of the High Atlas Mountains—often snow-covered! Beautiful.

You can also enjoy yoga or other exercise activities. There are dining tables and chairs as well as lounges on the terrace for you to enjoy meals and the sun. The pergola offers seating for meals, working with 5g fiber optic internet, or napping. Gas heaters available in the winter months.

The Kasbah district is vibrant and full of activity with shopping, spas, and historical sites for visitors. Well-lit and easy to navigate, you'll deftly find your way around the area. A short walk through the winding streets of a neighborhood will bring you to Riad Baya. Once in the nearby souks, prepare to be pleasantly lost in the labyrinth of twisting streets and alleys, eventually ending up in the center of Marrakech, the square of Jmaa el Fna about 12 minutes away.

We own a full-service tour operation company, so please ask us about planning your multi-day Moroccan adventure as well as day trips around Marrakech, including: a hike and Berber village visit in the High Atlas Mountains, shopping excursions, a visit to the seaside village of Essaouira for shopping, eating, and relaxing, hot air balloon rides, camel rides, 4x4 driving in the mountains, skiing / snowboarding, zip-lining, etc. We will be happy to suggest activities for you / your family to enjoy.

We offer full trip planning services, so let us know if you wish to plan local activities like a walking tour of the colorful Medina and souks, cooking classes, food tours, a visit to local historical sites, quad or camel riding in the Marrakech Palmeraie or a visit to a day market. Maybe day trips suit you best. We offer one day trips to the seaside village of Essaouira, the Ourika Valley in the Atlas Mountains, or the rocky Agafay Desert. If you seek a longer excursion we can arrange a 3- or 4-day trip for an overnight visit in a camp in the Sahara Desert, or a visit to the Mediterranean or Atlantic coasts of Morocco.
